In my previous post, Love and Stuff, Part 8: What Can Be Said About the So-Called Coronavirus Pandemic?, I wrote about some significant information indicating there is no true pandemic and provided pointers to that data and to comments by highly-regarded medical researchers and medical clinicians who felt similarly and have the data and the reasoning to strongly argue thus. I provided my thoughts upon what is going to happen as a result of this `hoax’, that is, I predicted disaster for the West.
What interests me in this post is:
- the utter lack of effort by Christian church leaders to try to understand this So-called Coronavirus Pandemic, to gather information and expert opinions independent of the secular authorities, and to arrive at an independent position on the “guidance and directives” which could be anticipated to hurt those churches as well as the impoverished human beings who are a concern of Christian leaders so long as they are merely trying to transfer money from their followers—of whom a good percentage are heading into that category of `impoverished’ and getting a good push from this So-called Coronavirus Pandemic,
- the utter lack of respect shown by political leaders toward Christian churches and other important intermediary institutions and the utter lack of response by Christian leaders and others to this strong sign they are no longer considered important in the United States and other parts of the West and are probably truly not important in the West, and
- the flocks of those Christian leaders complied almost immediately with the “guidance and directives”, even most of those most frightened of the war that the same government and many parts of mainstream culture have waged upon Christianity and upon even the most pagan forms of moral order.
That’s it for now, because I’m still thinking these matters through.
